      Remote first, flexible scheduling, supportive and understanding leaders

      Cons

      It can be challenging for new users to learn the product but we've made a lot of progress in this area as well.

      - Fun product - Very dynamic and impressive list of customers - You will learn how to do a lot in a very short period of time - Great Co-workers

      Cons

      - There is total misalignment between product direction and customer experience/priorities. This has gotten better but it is still a problem - Leadership is removed from real customer experience and needs - Getting a raise is nearly impossible and limited upward growth
