      Really exciting value proposition makes the work meaningful and deliberate

      Cons

      Chaotic, even for a growth stage startup. Management holds incredibly strong opinions that are weakly informed and are not open to feedback, which is running the business into the ground.

      The company has a really strong value proposition and is at the bleeding edge of applied ML. Colleagues are really motivated by the mission and eager to help one another.

      Cons

      A lot of the workforce is remote, which can make team building challenging.

      Pros

      Unique product vision combined with strong technical talent backed by Engineering, UI/UX, AI/ML, DataOps and Devops teams. Everyone in the company is been treated well and everyone has a voice and are been heard. Product and Engineering work together in defining and executing roadmap and requirements. Company’s leadership is always transparent to employees.

      Cons

      There is a room for improvement in incentives and salary increments.
