I really enjoyed working for Codaemon for almost 4 years. They gave me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. Lots of good eCommerce projects. There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career. The best thing is they treat you like a Family Member, not an employee. The co-founders truly care about each individual, welcome creativity & ideas, and give freedom to implement them. Flexible office timings. Overall wonderful place to work!

Cons

As such, I didn't find any disadvantages in working with Codamon. Overall company is good.
