      Pros

      - Wide variety of projects/clients - Flexible, approachable management - Creature comforts: standup desks, couches, beer fridge, snacks - Softball team

      Cons

      Not sure if this is still the case, but when I worked there, user research and usability testing really weren't done at all. We made "good enough" products, but weren't doing proper UX.

      Pros

      I like that the company encourages innovation and tries to foster that in us. I am a much better person than when I first got here.

      Cons

      Time management was a bit tricky at first, but I learned how to work without supervision over time.
