Decent company, the benefits continue to slide downhill

Pros
Some of the best and smartest people that I have worked with. Cool new building with lots a space. The gym was a perk. Dale Holt was a pillar for this company, it will be interesting to see how the management runs it into the ground now that he has sold it.
Cons
Salaries could be overhauled. Information would only be shared with certain management, certain individuals did not believe in all of the management team and some of the ideas that could help the company grow. Many individuals have been undervalued and mistreated if they were not part of the "IN" crowd.
