      Company is 5 years behind the times Good people are not promoted and forced to let go Brno offices are outright awful, too much noise and it's getting worse Feature creep in codebase with massive tech debt

      In the first place I do meaningful and fulfilling work here. But secondly also great colleagues, flexible work time and personal and professional problems are solved.
