I'm still floored at the ease and comfort of the recruitment process, it was brilliant. The company is very true to the values at its core and is extremely transparent. The "People Team," Codats expression of HR, was just beyond amazing. The warm, fuzzy feelings you receive from your initial interactions with Codat are not fleeting. It's an amazing company to work with.
Cons
Codat is a rapidly growing company that's been primarily based in the UK. Anyone who's experienced working with international teams knows the challenges there can be. Codat, like any other company is not immune.
