Glad to hear about your great experience. We do have an awesome team and enjoy making a positive impact through computer science education. Also, thank you for the feedback. We have implemented some new systems and a company-wide operating system that helps us to communicate more effectively, while also having an individual and collective understanding of to-dos, goals, and company objectives. This has led to an improved flow of communication and more clarity on company direction. Lastly, we do offer full-time employees a retirement plan, in addition to healthcare options, PTO, and paid holidays.
