Pros

Fully remote, 3 week holiday in December, good place to learn but not stay long term.

Cons

No real opportunities for growth. You'll be overworked and underpaid. Teams are constantly chasing monthly targets which can be very mundane and uninspiring. Output across teams is not uniform which means some people have to do more to purge the deficit. Rude managers.

Pros

- Fully remote work. - Decent salary, though not internationally competitive as advertised. - Work hardly spills into weekends/holidays/post COB.

Cons

- Inflexible, moonlighting is officially disallowed/frowned upon. - You can't attend events during work hours without getting prior approval. - Too much bureaucracy, there's a form for everything. - Apparently, an unfairly disparate salary structure. You're screwed if you can't negotiate better pay.
