Pros
Very good work environment. Lots to learn, especially for freshers. There is lots of exposure to different technologies and even the seniors are very helpful and they want you to grow.
Cons
It’s a small company. Salary is very low and is often delayed and increments are frequently denied citing different reasons— so developers are frequently rebelling against management. Freshers are forced to sign a bond and almost everyone leaves within 1-2 years.
