Pros

I don't see any positive with the company. If you are looking for a job, please look for other options. You should better remain unemployed rather than for a company like this.

Cons

There is nothing positive with the company as it is primarily based on lies. All the good reviews posted in Glassdoor are biased and lacks truth as it is posted by the management. Compared to other big IT companies - this place is a hell as it treats its employees as bonded labors.

Good for experienced candidates.Excellent infrastructure.Salary on time.Company is expanding.Most of the people are nice.

Cons

Worst place for a fresher.Scope for learning new technology is very very limited.Company policies are bad. Some of the clauses are pure evil.The treatment of employees by the management is sometimes very questionable.
