      Challenging environment with chaotic management structure

      Pros

      Not a lot of pros, you get to work with cross functional teams like BA, QA. And its a large app with multiple modules.

      Cons

      Its a hell for developers. They treat like "research rabbits". Management is full of chaos. CEO doing everything but managing his main business. If there is negative rating I would give it. Management wants you to see you're working, but don't want to invest time on planning more.
