- Remote work - Unlimited PTO - Can have a nice bonus, if you kill yourself working without vacation to make sure that you are 100% billable :-)
Cons
Oh. Where do I start. This was once a great company. With an amazing CEO (Yes, I am talking about Brian). This company was smaller. They cared of all their employees. I was hired as a 'Front end developer', which turned into a 'LWC Developer', which had to turn into 'Full stack developer'. At first they said things like "We want you to work on things / projects that you enjoy working on" and it has turned into "You have to be full stack. You have to work fast. You have make little to no mistakes." It has turned into a sweatshop, where the developers are nothing but dollar signs to them. Shame, shame, shame.
