This company is full of super knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and generous people. Since I started, everyone has been open and helpful. I feel challenged with the work, and if I ever have an issue or question, the sense of community to help resolve the issue is a comforting bonus.

I don't have anything bad to say about Codence. There are signs of a small company's growing pains sometimes, but management is very open and inclusive about progress and growth in the company, so I trust these growing pains will get resolved soon enough.
