Literally nothing positive here in this company.

If the founder itself is toxic to the employees, how do an organisation grow? Here you can see the ceo itself is firing employees without the deserved notice period. This is a huge red flag to anyone who work here. There is no job guarantee. This is no 1 trap for anyone works here. There is no role for the HR. It's the founder will decide when to fire even without a notice. More people should expose the dark truth happening in Codeproof.

Cons

Countless to mention. Here are few. Be ready to take insults and abuses from the CEO , shocking but true. Has no sense of constructive criticism, he will compare with other colleagues and insult infront of everyone during meeting humiliate you and also make fun of you. Working everyday is like stress and tension ! Please don't join this company at any cost and ruin your mental health.
