Pros

It's very hard to come up with any pros to working at the company at that time. It was quite sad to see a company degrade from wanting to be a great, innovative company like Google and winning employer of the year awards to seeing an exodus of employees having years of experience with the company and hard to come by skills.

Cons

Leadership changed drastically, and for the worse. Insurance was terrible.
