      - You are creating something millions of people use - You solve hard problems and it makes you better engineer - Since millions of people use what you created, you have to be always cautious since a single mistake can affect everyone. This makes you a better engineer. Nobody shames on you here when you make a mistake. Full of learning opportunities.
