Pros

Great development , great people and lots of fun ! You can be yourself and work flexibly with very supportive colleagues and line managers. Every day is rewarding !

Cons

The pressures of the sector challenges and funding are always there but everything else makes up for it. The people we support are fantastic and make up for any days that may be difficult .

Pros

Honestly no idea what the pros were. There were some amazing members of staff who did amazing things for their clients. But this was a reflection of the individuals and not the company.

Cons

Terrible company do not care about their staff or clients in their care. Terrible management, and culture. Toxic positivity, there were some really fundamental issues at my scheme and no one wanted to hear about it. Clients were neglected. The scheme should not have been running I watched clients rapidly deteriorate over the few months I was there, and it ended in some terrible incidents.
