The manager has no idea about their business, process and operations. The employer doesn't provide any formal offer letter or contracts after onboarding training . The management team lack of legal consciousness and refused to provide formal format of contract/agreement under the tutelage of law. The employer evades Federal and state taxes and defrauds the revenues by paying cash and refusing to provide W-2 to employees. The employer abuses 1099 to evade Federal and state taxes.
