Managers and team leaders are just puppets and do whatever the CTO says 4.) Due to urgent p0 tasks(All are p0 tasks according to them) the code quality is getting worse and the code is getting complicated and things eventually break on production. 5.) If you ask for time for testing and writing proper code, the Manager will ask you where each minute has gone and put you in fear, and that results in improper estimations because of the fear and judgments you got from your last project and this continues.
