- Projects that make you feel like you’re living in the future - Super supportive team, no egos, no politics, no beurocracy here - Encouragement to try new tools - Work-life balance was decent - Major push towards use of Co-Pilot, Cursor, etc

Pros
Worked on cutting-edge tech that kept me on my toes. Team was like a second family. Excellent canteen (I swear I gained 5 kgs)... Regular team-building events. Clean culture like clean code, no office politics anywhere. You get opportunities based on how you perform and data you bring to the table..
Cons
Deadlines could get ridiculous sometimes. The office chairs were definitely not ergonomic, but you're free to bring your own chair - kidding!
