      Pros

      The only pro of this job is leaving the company. The reviews don't lie.

      Cons

      - poor management with very out-dated systems/procedures - very weak administrative team in all depts, specifically, chief officers - lack of support or no response from HR and they are extremely disorganized - poor and bad behaviors of management are addressed but no resolution - morale is down and the turnover rate is at an all time high (jobs are always open because people don't last) - poor planning and executions for both health center and administrative building - expectations are unreallistic

      Employees were great. Free parking. That’s about it and the friendship s made in workplace.

      Cons

      Completely unorganized and unprofessional. No training was given. Expected to do ALL with NO training and just figure out in your own. Was hired for a fill in position that turned into generalist for the entire department. Duties/job description were changed yet pay stayed the same. Everything needed done immediately yet so did your daily job duties and you were not permitted to work OT. Your skin color has a lot to do with if you will do well at this place or not….
