Pros
Fantastic and very friendly small team. Supportive environment to work in and we're all always learning something new. Although we've been mostly remote since COVID, there is still a good feeling of team cohesion which is not easy to achieve so I'm very grateful for this.
Cons
No real cons to working here - some of our structures and processes are still a work in progress, but this is interesting to be a part of and to be expected with a growing start-up.
