Managers are not prepared, they do not consider important their staff development. I have never heard someone among them talking about employee engagement. They do not offer opportunities for development or improvement. Morale is low in many business areas. Sometimes I saw discriminatory actions and arrogance. Merit is not always rewarded.

Management disconnected with the industrial reality: they spend more time (and resources) producing fancy power point diagrams, than actually driving production/developement. Big money spent in (almost) useless marketing projects, or meetings. International wannabe company: spread all over the globe, with a poor, local and short minded vision. No clear professional /individual growth path: you'll likely be stuck in your role /activity until retirement (or company bankrupcy, whatever comes first). Dramatic changes will arise when Isabella Seragnoli will stop her relentless care to the company.
