      Miserable, terrible, loathsome place to work at

      Pros

      Flexible hours. By that I mean you can show up to work pretty much whenever you'd like or not show up at all without any prior notice needed.

      Cons

      Low pay. No benefits. No overtime pay even though workers are paid by the hour and do not qualify to be exempt. (This is illegal might I add). 5 days of vacation time for first 3 years of employment. No sick days. No training for new employees. This is a dead end job best suited for those with no career aspirations or the elderly who can no longer find work elsewhere.

We're happy to say that since your comment in 2014, we have improved our compensation and benefits structure as well as our company policy for sick and vacation days.       Poor Asian Culture and Bossy Management

      No pros, everyone is complaining and planning to leave

      Cons

      Company is profitable but owner doesn't want to invest on company and employees. New hired employees can be fired within couple weeks because those employees cannot help company to save money. Culture is extremely poor Asian culture, micromanagement, demand to work overtime without OT but cannot leave early. Management level is extremely rude and bossy, they are treating employees like slaves. Only offers basic health insurance which doesn't cover anything.

      Coworkers were quite warm and friendly

      Laughably little pay. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent management, have unreasonable expectations for things that are beyond anyone's control and do not respect employees enough to bother communicating said expectations properly. Was asked about marital status and racial background during the interview and they also commented on my physical appearance.
