This place is like Fyre Festival. CEO lies to get money out of investors and then pays the staff, month to month. This will be the next big start-up scandal. CEO uses manipulative behaviour and disempowers employees. Has the whole company run two-week workshop in the guise that you’re listened to. But critiques everything and ends up changing it. Puts you in charge of things, then disempowers you by reverting all changes—total joke. Regular missed payments, and the company does not supply any equipment. You’re not really staff. And freelancers rarely get paid.
