      Good work environment, no politics. Great team work, we help each other. Flexible working hours and work from home policy. Good place to learn hard-core accounting. You can work on interested areas.

      Management has high standard of work quality, sometimes beyond reasonable.

      if you don't find a better place to work, then you can learn a little if you're motivated enough... engineers are better than average... headquarters is now by the SF Bay and it's beautiful location with a view of the airport and the wind surfers...

      Cons

      lot of work and no reward... they simply need you to be there and working all the time... no pay raises, no bonuses...
