Pros

No pros at all apart from meeting quite a few nice people who have also left the company for the same issues.

Cons

If you work for this company in this particular job expect to get paid below minimum wage. They pay you a flat salary for 40 hours a week but more often than not you have 10-12 hour days, any extra hours go entirely unpaid meaning your salary ends up as less than minimum wage. They do not care about employees or their well-being, all they care about is money and looking out for themselves. Managers will lie and cheat to try and make themselves look good. The company has a horrendous misogynistic culture. They have a major issue with managers bullying less experienced staff and if you have any issues or complaints they do not listen or care you’re just seen as a problem. The staff turnover rate was very high.

Pros

The people here are incredible, hard working and passionate. A genuine and altruistic mission to provide value to customers and push the industry forward. Leadership are well rounded, they understand the market and how to push the business forward responsibly and confidently.

Cons

There is huge expectation to put your life’s work into this business, long hours, weekends to get projects over the line. You have to communicate the way they want you to, play the game but be seen not to at the same time. Play nice but gossip. This can be hard to navigate sometimes. Can come across ill-prepared and unprofessional, this is more of a work-load thing than a lack of trying from staff.
