Not even single word to tell good about COGENT DATA SOLUTIONS LLC

He makes lot of promises, once you come into the company (COGENT DATA SOLUTIONS LLC) its a "BIG TRAP" He does not treat you as Employee, he treats as a Slave as if you are working under his Mercy. He will deliberately cancel your H1B visa, if you dont listen Nor accept his offer. He delays payment and make him suffer until his ego is Satisfied. he doesnt understand how much trauma his employee will go through " Mr Employer - one day i guess you read this message alteast try to change for your self and do ethical business. you are living in USA not in 3rd world country try to have some human values" **One best example is, his own best friends( for 15 yrs) came to cogent data solutions couple of years back and now they have left the company recently, because of his unethical behaviour. so by this you can understand he decieves his own best friends. please think about it please consider before making a decission.

You don't know when you will be fired and the reason could be you are away from your place for more than 4-5 times a day. washroom , lunch whatever you are expected to sit day long and work like a donkey. Last minute changes .. Late night workings.. Surprisingly u need to ask permission to go washroom... How much ever you work ... They treat you like a beggar no ethics no values. Employees will not get paid. Management will never bother about employees

Cogent Solutions was able to provided me a place to sleep while i was in between jobs and while i was looking for another job. they also provided some food like bread and water so I dont have to buy this.

Cons

They took most of my money as an H1B visa and held all my paperwork till I fulfilled contract. I was able to make enough money to pay for rent and some food but had to do this because I could not leave. After arguing I finally got paperwork but only after 2 years out of contract work. I did not get paid on time ever. Every time very late payments made.
