      Worst working experience of my career to date.

      Pros

      Not a lot...some nice people and good social aspect.

      Cons

      No induction process or training. Office culture is extremely insensitive and made working there very uncomfortable. Director’s have way too much on their plate to be able to sit down with execs/managers. Work often planted on your desk with no introduction or background of project. Employees with senior positions have their favourites, and if you aren’t one you will get ignored.

      Pros

      some wonderful people there - i genuinely have made friends for life there. Some very talented creatives there too - you often got the feeling of being part of something very special

      Cons

      people that were brown-nosers and / or attractive seem to progress the most there - if you don't fit into those categories you're screwed! There is a promise of development and progression that never fully appears ... the management team sit in their ivory tower with their senior senior positions, patting each other on the back and ignoring the ones doing the real graft

      Non existent senior management, poor cooperation between departments, negative atmosphere, some very poor mid management individuals.
