      DON'T WORK FOR COGNEESOL EVER!!!!!

      Pros

      The salary is good but, the management is VERY VERY VERY BAD. You will be selected for one process and they will ask you to work for one more client. You will be working for two clients or even three or four. When it comes to appraisal., Guess what??? You can't bargain about it... how much is appraisal btw?? MAX 10 %. They will ask you to work extra one or two hours whenever needed but what about the pay for those hours??? delay and delay until 6 months...I really don't get it. You have 2 years so-called "BOND". If you leave before 2 years you have to pay 3 months salary. I really don't understand why they ask for signing a bond when they are just hiring people to do DATA ENTRY. You will be called "Data analyst" hahaha :) If you are a fresher...This company is not for you. If you are desperate for a job,,, by all means, go for it!!

      Pros

      An amazing place to work. If you are true to your profession and have passion for your domain. You are entering a right place to grow and execute your learning. The best thing is, you have access to top management very easily. Their decision process is very clear and transparent. Love to be a part of this organization. Wish a lot of success and growth.

      Cons

      The whole time I've been working at Cogneesol, there has not been any major issues. If I absolutely had to put a con then, it will be because company is growing and expanding so there are normal "growing pains" but in the end it’s definitely a good thing.

      There are many pros working for Cogneesol. The company offers several great career opportunities, a never ending provision of interesting tasks, awesome salary, friendly people who are always ready to assist when required, regular training regimes and great core values.

      The company should provide more recreational opportunities to the employees.
