Pros

- Good office location - Coffee machine & and fresh fruit - Dedicated colleagues that are passionate about the product - Talented Marketing team with a family-like spirit - 44 mil investment - Now offering remote work

Cons

- Finger-pointing and blaming often from C-levels and upper management - There are favorites and if you're not one of them, they pay no attention to you - The favorites are only men, so good luck being taken seriously if you're a woman - The favorites are often the ones working long hours and on weekends (as shown in the all-hands calls because they're the only ones getting kudos) - A "direct" feedback culture means rude and frankly gross behavior. Just because the company is small does NOT mean that you can talk to everyone how you want - When confronted with a complaint about his communication style, his response was: I'm the C*O, I'll say whatever I want. - Hints of racism from upper management - Needless to say management is all macho white men in their 30s with an ego problem (which is a con in itself) - I know of at least 4-6 people that had or are currently having a burnout - Departments gossiping about each other - Upper management is inappropriate with female employees and "HR" goes along with it so don't expect anything from them unless you want to be told to confront the inappropriate ones or "we've told them many times but they just won't stop". -Why aren't you turning your camera on? You're not wearing anything? - No incentives besides fruit, coffee, and virtual stock options - No regard for the environment (no separating of trash and a lot of printing) - No clear vision or transparency of company goals/direction - Oh and if you see a bunch of positive reviews after this, you know what they're doing.

Thank you for your review. While we of course understand that reviews are inherently subjective, and as such based on personal feelings, we do think that there is some bias in what you have written. We are sorry that you felt that your experience as our employee was a negative one. We would have wished to hear your concerns directly so we could have addressed them. You speak about a finger pointing culture that you didn’t like, and a culture that was ‘too male’ in your opinion. We don’t differentiate between our employees however, and as such we value our open culture where everyone can bring their true self to work, free of biases or stereotypes (such as not condoning the use of terminology you used in your review about our male staff). We are proud of our team that is highly diverse, where employees of more than 20 different nationalities work together with great motivation and a uniting spirit of making our company the best it can be. In any case, we thank you for your time with us, and we wish you every success in your future endeavours.

Pros

- remote work - mostly young and experienced people - nice colleagues (until they got fired)

Cons

- private WhatsApp or LinkedIn messages about new tasks or "ideas" on weekends - "why is this not ready" mentality on a daily basis, even towards employees that just started - onboarding only consists of a stack of PowerPoint presentations - meetings regularly have overtime - constant hire and fire - teams get thrown together and pulled apart; team members have to fear to be fired - rude gorilla-like (and at the same time boys-like) behavior of the whole c-suite - example: changing clothes for a photoshoot in front of female colleagues without asking or doing pull-ups to show off strength - lack of female energy in every single department - no benefits except free coffee and snacks - even if you are not personally offended, threatened or constantly criticized, you will feel bad for everyone else and ultimately be demotivated

Pros

Can not see anything good

Cons

Worst experience in my whole life. Hire and fire. Will be treated like nothing. You will get emails at late night and you have to answer them otherwise you are not doing a good job. You will need to get approval from upper management on each and every piece of change you do. Please read other reviews as well because it is explained more
