- Finger-pointing and blaming often from C-levels and upper management
- There are favorites and if you're not one of them, they pay no attention to you
- The favorites are only men, so good luck being taken seriously if you're a woman
- The favorites are often the ones working long hours and on weekends (as shown in the all-hands calls because they're the only ones getting kudos)
- A "direct" feedback culture means rude and frankly gross behavior. Just because the company is small does NOT mean that you can talk to everyone how you want
- When confronted with a complaint about his communication style, his response was: I'm the C*O, I'll say whatever I want.
- Hints of racism from upper management
- Needless to say management is all macho white men in their 30s with an ego problem (which is a con in itself)
- I know of at least 4-6 people that had or are currently having a burnout
- Departments gossiping about each other
- Upper management is inappropriate with female employees and "HR" goes along with it so don't expect anything from them unless you want to be told to confront the inappropriate ones or "we've told them many times but they just won't stop".
-Why aren't you turning your camera on? You're not wearing anything?
- No incentives besides fruit, coffee, and virtual stock options
- No regard for the environment (no separating of trash and a lot of printing)
- No clear vision or transparency of company goals/direction
- Oh and if you see a bunch of positive reviews after this, you know what they're doing.
