Good Startup With Gotcha Job Descriptions & Predatory Recruiting

It's a startup so you can be next to the CEO and department head and voice your opinions. The pay and benefits package are competitive. They have a welcoming culture and take the time to get to know you.

Cons

Upward mobility is a joke! They have employees with +10 years of experience making the same salary as I made as a fresh college grad. YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH EXTREMELY OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY & ITS SINK OR SWIM! As I was recruited the pitch was for an analyst position. If I would have stayed I would have become a glorified "wix developer for excel" where your marketability is isolated to a handful of fortune 2000 retailers that use ORACLES proprietary RPAS (Retail Planning Analytics Software). On top of that because it is a startup the management doesn't give a hoot about building within. So ... if you have any career ambitions outside of this company & it's outdated tech. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IN THIS ROLE.
