I started interviewing here probably around early January of 2021. After what seemed like literally months of interviews talking with the entire team, I finally was told I got the position. This was around late February of 2021 that they told me that I got the position, and they would have an offer letter ready for me by the end of the week. A week passes, no information. Two weeks passes, zero information. 2 months passes, nothing. Everytime I asked about the offer letter, they kept saying "We will get it to you by the end of the week", every single week. Months go by and I don't even know how much I'm getting paid. I almost lost two other job offers, because I was about to bank on this job giving me an offer letter. Since they told me I got the job, why would I pick another offer right? This job was my top choice, but the back of my brain told me to be smart and sign another offer letter just in case. A week ago I finally received a salary that I was not too happy with ($70,000), but I could have worked with it even though the position they wanted me to do required a lot more than that (start up their entire IT department). They told me they would get the offer letter to me by the end of the week. Even though they kept telling me they would get an offer letter to me every week, I actually thought they would have done it this time. I get a call a few minutes ago saying they weren't going to offer me a job, because I wasn't qualified enough. What was the point of the past few months then? It's unbelievable that they would waste everyone's time. I doubt they will find ANYONE more qualified for that salary anyways. Anyone more skilled will be able to find a better job at a better company. In conclusion, don't interview here, they are just gonna waste your time. They are too busy on their end to focus on you. Don't care about a company that doesn't care about you. I'm glad I started working somewhere else while I was waiting for the offer letter so they didn't completely screw me over.
