Poor management from the very top. No direction and no long term plans. Exec management only thinks about themselves/ get promoted every year to some ridiculous titles. You have to be chummy with CEO or be related to him otherwise they make your life horrible. Badly managed company, bad vibes, many good employees have since left the company. There is no diversity despite what they preach. The leadership does not walk the talk.
