Horrible place to work.Extreme micro management and work overload with minimum pay

Benefits are ok is the only positive thing I can say.The best decision I ever made in my life was to quit even though I didn't have anything else waiting.

Cons

They pay salary and overwork employees by over 10 hours a week with no overtime pay.Little or no training provided but quick to criticize when mistakes are made when you didn't even know procedure in the first place.Extreme macro-management including # of bathroom breaks taken,no talking with co-workers on company time.No doctors appointments allowed in first 6 months of employment.Ridiculous!

Very relaxed environment and great work/life balance once you’ve figured out your job. Pay is above average compared to competitors. People are friendly. Benefits are in line with the banking industry, which seem to be above average.

Cons

No real training to speak of. Have to figure it out as you go and hope you’re right. Learn by making your own mistakes.
