Pros

Competitive salary, generous pto hrs

Cons

Too many priorities, managers lack communication but only publicly speak when there is a mistake. They blame staffs for mistakes when instructions weren't clear.

Pros

Each employee gets to choose a performance coach who is meant to be their advocate The firm pushes you to take CPA and celebrates those who pass, can get a bonus for passing Many learning opportunities There are different industries you can try out

Cons

Uncertainty - you may be the last person standing (others quit or got fired) and feel like they still may not promote you after 2.5 years in the same role Turnover - you might make friends or get used to a team but have an entirely new team after a year due to turnover Interns/associates got fired even though there seems to be shortage of employees Managers have a skewed idea of how long tasks take and will expect you to work extra to complete tasks that weren’t properly budgeted in the first place
