Pros

Everyone on the team currently is 100% all in. There are no problems here, only opportunities. The leadership drives itself hard to provide maximum results. They do a lot of hands on execution and provide considerably meaningful support to the rest of the team. Ultimately, everyone finds their way to produce. I learn a lot working here with these folks. I see some reviews on Glassdoor that seem false/unfair/fake....

Cons

It can be stressful, but that is life and that is how work is imo. Start ups tend to get an extra helping of stress, but with it comes an extra helping of opportunity.

The leadership team has a strong work ethic and does an excellent job at keeping morale high around the office. There’s a great startup culture and my colleagues are also driven and motivated. We work closely with the CEO which I love and has been great for my professional development.
