Pros
Everyone on the team currently is 100% all in. There are no problems here, only opportunities. The leadership drives itself hard to provide maximum results. They do a lot of hands on execution and provide considerably meaningful support to the rest of the team. Ultimately, everyone finds their way to produce. I learn a lot working here with these folks. I see some reviews on Glassdoor that seem false/unfair/fake....
Cons
It can be stressful, but that is life and that is how work is imo. Start ups tend to get an extra helping of stress, but with it comes an extra helping of opportunity.

My previous team was adept at handling challenges and finding effective solutions.
Cons
They reeled me in with promises of cutting-edge crypto, shaping the future of finance. What a joke! The reality was a half-baked app held together with duct tape and wishful thinking. Features were announce with fanfare, then dissappeared faster than a free lunch at a tech conference.
