Every day is different which to some people can be challenging but most of us really enjoy the fact that you can advance in your career very quickly.
Cons
Remote work has its own challenges. The team does a good job to make everyone feel involved though.

From intern to full-time employee, my full-circle experience here at Coinbound attests to the fact that this is THE place that encourages growth, and this is THE team to grow with. Not only are my colleagues diverse in every aspect from location to skill set, but they are the most uplifting, innovative and hardworking team I’ve had the pleasure to work with- AND we work remote! Not many people get this blessed with such advantages in their first job out of college, but I am forever grateful I was one of them.
Cons
I genuinely have no negative words about my experience. Upon graduating college our CEO, Ty, immediately transitioned me to full-time with benefits which is what every fresh graduate competes for. Additionally I’ve never worked under anyone who cares as much about efficiency and what works for EVERYONE as Ty Smith. Ty is constantly engineering ways for Coinbound and their staff to be the best version of themselves.
