      Decent entry level position, not for long term.

      Not an overall difficult job.

      Cons

      Not the most welcoming, employees are nice, but nobody goes out of their way. Pay is low, and interns/assistants/coordinators are doing most of the work. HR and overall internal communications are mismanaged.

      Cons

      You will be told one month you are doing great, the next that you are not doing enough. Company is in financial disarray. Some managers give mean girl energy.
