Overall, it's a well run company and the upper management does listen to its troops. The money spent on developing it's brand shows in the marketplace. CBB embraces technology and offers it's agents a great platform to run their business on with a well developed website, mobile site, and back office tools. The managing brokers are usually available when needed.
Cons
It's a big ship with 30+ offices along I-5 from Portland, Oregon to the northern reaches of Washington State. The Cool Aid sometimes tasted a little too bland for someone who prefers a smaller, more intimate office environment to work in. At the end of the day, you go home feeling like you're work for the man...
