      Pros

      I started at a very entry level position and now have grown to management level. Has not always been smooth as it was a start up at one time but over time Coldwell has matured and is adopting much more streamlined process.

      Cons

      Still is not a super stiff company with process and procedure. Solar is very adaptive and the company is as well, consequently if you are super regimented and can't adopt to changing process (by necessity) you will have a tough time.

      Pros

      Continuous training on keeping up with an ever changing industry. Flexible schedules and opportunities to work remotely. Great pay and benefits. Supportive co-workers that are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Leadership takes on too many new projects at once. So many opportunities in our field to grow just need to make sure we have enough team members to see the new ideas through.
