I've been working here since last 10 months and is looking for a way out. I don't think there is any plus point which can be listed here.

Pros

Can't think of many. Good benefits and time off. No accountability - good place for slackers if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

No sales leadership or direction from poor sales management guys, poor product quality and low morale. Lots of favoritism, sales are low and no plan for increases. Commission plans are not good.
