It's better than being unemployed... but not by much.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Probably one of the worst jobs I've ever had. Low pay, little to no opportunity for advancement, no annual reviews or annual pay increases. This place is a joke.

Pros

At first everybody is nice and willing to help. Department is not micromanaged.Establishment offers excellent benefits. Work hours are very reasonable and you can negotiate your work hours based on your situation as long as you work your required hours.

Cons

A lot of turnover. Nepotism prevails. Promotions and raises are rare and given based on who you get along with or who you know. Employees are often fired if they disagree with the corporate politics of upper management.
