Pros

Company is responsive and is making an effort to course correct in areas where they have faltered in the past. Great benefits. Great atmosphere and location. Their solution is very well thought out and high quality.

Cons

Management needs to be more transparent.

Pros

Convenient office. Work from home 3 days a week. Nice co-workers. If you like repetitive task, you may like this position. Would be fun for someone who likes web forms more than MVC.

Cons

Changing work from home policy. Moving office. Unrealistic work expectations. Boring task. Unbelievably complicated code. The work environment is very sterile with little interaction with co-workers. I left on my own, but I know of co-workers that were fire for not working 15-20 hours of unpaid overtime each week. To be honest after about 3 weeks, I hated each day that I went to work.

Pros

- None really. This was one of the worst places I have worked at in 10+ years in technology. If had to come up with one positive, I'd say the Seattle team/office seemed to have better leadership (CEO lives there) and experiences.

Cons

Where to start - Management in ATL is prickly and tough to deal with. They clearly do not care about those working for them and it really shows. Outside of some small talk, they will not engage with conversation with you. - Lack of project management experience. A few of the upper managers are solid, but overall the talent at Colibrium has not idea how to run a project. I have yet to see a well defined project plan from anybody at the company. - The product is a bit hard to get excited about. They pitch it health care software but all it really does is get people registered to a plan. Not super interesting.
