Pros
Our floor had the best nurses to work with. Loved to come to work..then suddenly they busted up the entire crew to close the unit without even asking our input on a 1st, 2nd or even 3rd choice of which unit to go to.
Cons
Upper management does not care one bit about their nurses. No incentive to stay and even try to go above and beyond. They do not appreciate loyalty or even want to hear input from their staff.
