      Pros

      If you are looking for a place to enjoy work this is it! The people are great and the culture is very friendly and exciting. Everyone is behind the success of the business. You will be trusted and expected to contribute something significant to the product or success of the business. You are able to carve your own path, influence direction and stand out and be rewarded.

      Cons

      Working for a smaller company and some of the usual limitations of that. That said systems and processes are surprisingly mature and have greatly improved over the last couple of years as the business has transitioned from startup to scale up mentality.

      Pros

      Great company and one of the best teams I have had the pleasure of working with, everyone is driven for success. The company is changing for the better and maturing which is great to see.

      Cons

      Sometime things can be a little chaotic and last minute, this is caused by a "just do it" attitude which is changing as more structure is being put into place.
