Pretty much everything. Constant overbooking, expected to work multiple jobs at one time all while cleaning the entire shop like no one has ever been inside, majority of your pay is from tips, “independent contractor” status even though you are treated and expected to perform as a W2 employee to skip out on taxes, never ending berating if you do one thing the owner could become upset with and he will if the wind blows a different direction, customers notice and are concerned with the exceedingly high turnover rate, called in on an off day at least once every week, owner is rude to customers and charges them excessively and unnecessarily. This place will ruin your mental health.

Owner is hostile and cheap. Expect you to be front desk, bather and groomer while also cleaning all day. Getting a lunch is difficult. Any time you speak to Paul he is always angry and never praises only speaks negatively.
