Everything else. Ethos, time management, transparency - this company lacks all of them. Promotions are rewarded in the name of favouritism. All the other hard workers got sacked. This company has gone through 3 rounds of restructuring. The company is now all white and predominantly male. CF don't know what to do and where to go - they have serious delusions of grandeur. No office (was once in the basement of a restaurant for months), no clear line of business and constantly promote their favourite staff members (no matter how useless). Spent all the funding “looking” the part instead of doing the work. There are no opportunities for growth in this company if you are not already a wealthy English, French or German person. In 2024, Collectiv Food will not exist. Time and money spent on travelling, lunches, parties and giving unreliable, useless, and time-wasting favourites promotions. Restructure of a company many times over is not "healthy growth" or sustainable. It's a desperate attempt to keep your head above water. All the other reviews are 5* stars with 3 redundancies under your belt? Management. Please be guided and do your research - this company will welcome you with smiles, then revoke your access and email you telling you're fired.
